1 Introduction & Acceptance

By using the hy bazi website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using hy bazi.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between hy bazi and its members. hy bazi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

2 Account Registration

Registration on hy bazi requires accurate and complete information. If any details provided during registration are found to be false or misleading, the account will be terminated immediately.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• The mobile number and payment account provided at registration must belong to the same individual.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• To update any account details, please contact customer support.
• Mobile number verification is mandatory to complete the registration process.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Hy bazi is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. hy bazi reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts that fail to provide valid proof of age will be suspended.

• If an incorrect age is provided during registration, all winnings will be considered void.
• Hy bazi implements the necessary technical measures to prevent access by minors.
• Arrangements are in place to verify and close accounts of minors upon request from a parent or guardian.

Hy bazi employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to play on the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hy bazi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods are Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Account verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered under the same name as the member.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold for unusual or suspicious transactions until verification is complete.
• Funds obtained through fraudulent means cannot be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hy bazi platform. Involvement in any of them will result in immediate account closure.

• Attempting to access another person's account.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.

• Harassment of other members or any form of inappropriate conduct.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal the true location of an account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Hy bazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If account information cannot be verified.
• Extended account inactivity.

Members may also close their account at any time upon request. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment account, excluding any bonus funds.
